| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: CAMTA1 is a transcription activator which is a putatuove tumor suppressor. It is thought to interact with calmodulin. Defects in CAMTA1 are detected in patients with oligodendroglioma and astrocytoma. Function: Transcriptional activator. May act as a tumor suppressor. Subunit: May interact with calmodulin (Potential). Subcellular Location: Nucleus (Probable). Cytoplasm. Tissue Specificity: Normally expressed in non-neoplastic adult central nervous system tissues: detected in whole brain, cerebellum, brain cortex, occipital lobe, frontal lobe, temporal lobe, putamen. Expression levels are low in oligodendroglial tumors, and are reduced by half in oligodendroglioma and astrocytoma cases with 1p loss of heterozygosity. Detected in neuroblastic-type cultured neuroblastoma cells. Expressed in heart and kidney. Similarity: Belongs to the CAMTA family. Contains 3 ANK repeats. Contains 1 CG-1 DNA-binding domain. Contains 1 IPT/TIG domain. Contains 3 IQ domains.
