| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Also involved in macrophage-derived giant cells (MGC) and osteoclast formation from mononuclear precursors. Also involved in macrophage-derived giant cells (MGC) and osteoclast formation from mononuclear precursors (By similarity). Subunit: Interacts with alpha-actinin-2 and with syndecans (By similarity). Interacts with SH3PXD2A. Interacts with FST3. Interacts with GNB2L1/RACK1; the interaction is required for PKC-dependent translocation of ADAM12 to the cell membrane. Subcellular Location: Isoform 1: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Isoform 2: Secreted. Isoform 3: Secreted (Potential). Isoform 4: Secreted (Potential). Tissue Specificity: Isoform 1 is expressed in placenta and skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle. Isoform 2 seems to be expressed only in placenta or in embryo and fetus. Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with PBST for 20 min at room temperature. The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 10,000 events was performed.
