| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Catalyzes the conversion of gamma-aminobutyrate and L-beta-aminoisobutyrate to succinate semialdehyde and methylmalonate semialdehyde, respectively. Can also convert delta-aminovalerate and beta-alanine. Function: Catalyzes the conversion of gamma-aminobutyrate and L-beta-aminoisobutyrate to succinate semialdehyde and methylmalonate semialdehyde, respectively. Can also convert delta-aminovalerate and beta-alanine. Subunit: Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Subcellular Location: Mitochondrion matrix. Tissue Specificity: Liver > pancreas > brain > kidney > heart > placenta. DISEASE: Defects in ABAT are a cause of gamma-aminobutyrate transaminase deficiency (GABA-AT deficiency) [MIM:613163]. The phenotype of this deficiency includes psychomotor retardation, hypotonia, hyperreflexia, lethargy, refractory seizures, and EEG abnormalities. Similarity: Belongs to the class-III pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferase family.
