| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Prox1 is a prospero-related homeobox gene. Its expression pattern suggests it has a role in a variety of embryonic tissues and may play a fundamental role in early development of the CNS. It may regulate gene expression and the development of postmitotic undifferentiated young neurons. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Most actively expressed in the developing lens. Detected also in embryonic brain, lung, liver and kidney. In adult, it is more abundant in heart and liver than in brain, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃. The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
