| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: RIL, also known as PDLIM4 is a putative tumor suppressor gene. RIL is transcriptionally repressed by hypermethylation in a variety of tumors including breast and prostate. The difference in methylation status of RIL between normal and cancerous tissues is being investigated as to determine the use of RIL as a potential biomarker. Two isoforms of human RIL one have been identified. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasmic Similarity: Contains 1 LIM zinc-binding domain. Contains 1 PDZ (DHR) domain.
