TMED4 is a putative NF-kB activating protein belonging to the EMP24/GP25L family, and contains 1 GOLD domain. It is also known as Transmembrane emp24 protein transport domain containing 4. Function: Involved in vesicular protein trafficking, mainly in the early secretory pathway. targeting. Involved in the maintenance of the Golgi apparatus. Appears to play a role in the biosynthesis of secreted cargo including processing. Involved in endoplasmic reticulum stress response. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat pancreas); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (TMED4) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6208R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
