Calsequestrin is a high-capacity, moderate affinity, calcium-binding protein and thus acts as an internal calcium store in muscle. The release of calcium bound to calsequestrin through a calcium release channel triggers muscle contraction. Binds 40 to 50 moles of calcium. Also binds laminin. SWISS: P31415 Gene ID: 844 肌鈣集蛋白，隱鈣素，收鈣素，是肌漿網(wǎng)上調(diào)控鈣儲存的主要結(jié)合蛋白。CASQ與內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)鈣結(jié)合蛋白肌鈣網(wǎng)蛋白具有同源性（calreticulin）。CASQ1主要在快收縮骨骼肌表達，CASQ2主要在在慢收縮骨骼肌和心肌表達。 |
