SCGB2A2 Belongs to the secretoglobin family. Lipophilin subfamily. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing. SWISS: Q13296 Gene ID: 4250 乳腺球蛋白是一個乳腺相關(guān)糖蛋白，它是一個分泌素家族（包括子宮球蛋白和lipophilin）成員的遠親。與其他分泌素家族成員不同，乳腺球蛋白的mRNA在乳腺組織中特異表達。在石蠟組織切片的檢測中，該抗體檢測乳腺癌組織中的乳腺珠蛋白敏感度高達80%。當和其他乳腺特異標記如GCDFP-15聯(lián)合應(yīng)用時，檢測乳腺珠蛋白敏感度高達84%。有資料表明檢測乳腺球蛋白，在鑒定原發(fā)癌是否發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。 |

Western blot analysis of Human breast cancer lysate. Using Mammaglobin A (bsm-61754R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Breast; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Mammaglobin A Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bsm-61754R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the bs-0295G-HRP and DAB (C-0010) staining.
