Key enzyme in triglyceride metabolism. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of triglycerides from circulating chylomicrons and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL), and thereby plays an important role in lipid clearance from the blood stream, lipid utilization and storage. SWISS: P06858 Gene ID: 4023 脂蛋白脂酶（lipoprteinlipase，LPL）是甘油三酯降解為甘油和游離脂肪酸 (FFA)反應(yīng)的限速酶,是脂肪細(xì)胞、心肌細(xì)胞、骨骼肌細(xì)胞、乳腺細(xì)胞以及巨噬細(xì)胞等實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞合成和分泌的一種糖蛋白與機(jī)體的脂質(zhì)代謝及肥胖與否密切相關(guān). 近年來研究認(rèn)為：LPL可通過粘附作用，促進(jìn)了單核細(xì)胞血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞及腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）的分泌、血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖等因素，導(dǎo)致動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的加重。 |
